Malala: Your guide to Creativity, Storytelling and Innovation for Social Impact
My name is Maria Adelaida Aristizabal Munoz,
but you can call me Malala
About me, myself and I
3 years as a Professor and Workshop facilitator,
9 years as Social Entrepreneur and Founder,
12 years as a Manager in the Corporate world and
32 years of loving every dog that has crossed my path.

The one who changed my life —and my professional path— was not a person, but a dog.
When my dog Noa passed away, my world collapsed. I could only move forward by making her a promise: one day I would create a foundation to help stray animals: El Arca de Noa.
Today, that promise is a reality, far greater than I ever dreamed: Arca Luminosa.
Noa connected me with PURPOSE, which has since become my compass in everything I do. Arca Luminosa became my school, where I discovered the power of bringing good wills together. And my vision expanded with Nave Eureka, a foundation that transforms second-hand books into scholarships.
The seed we planted has generated a ripple effect: over 300 stray animals rescued, more than 600 volunteers mobilized, over 10 vulnerable young people awarded scholarships, and hundreds of books sold to fund education.
Founder of two NGOs in Colombia, Professor of innovation for purpose-driven businesses, and Chair of the Community Committee at JTI London.
Creativity and Purpose
I help people reconnect with their innate creativity, develop their storytelling skills, discover their purpose, and turn it into action through Design Thinking. Together, we create a domino effect of positive transformation in the world.

Social Enterprises
I promote the evolution toward purpose-driven companies: organizations that integrate social and environmental impact at the heart of their business model (e.g., B Corps). This revolution represents a new business paradigm in which success is measured by the value we create for society, beyond profit.

Arca Luminosa
The vision of Arca Luminosa is to transform the reality of stray animals over the next decade by reducing overpopulation, abuse, and pet abandonment. We created the innovative COLLAR OF LIFE, a reflective collar that increases the visibility of stray dogs and helps prevent accidents. Our work emphasizes education, fostering a collective culture of respect and love for animals—especially among younger generations—and creating lasting change from the roots of society.
Nave Eureka
The vision of Nave Eureka is to help close the inequality gap in Colombia from the ground up, using education as a powerful tool for social transformation. Through our ASTRONAUT SCHOLARSHIPS, we offer curious and motivated low-income youth the opportunity to access higher education, empowering them to transform their own lives and those of future generations.
